The room was quite clean. Towels got replaced every three days. the self check-in was convenient. I received my room code promptly via email. the beds provided good comfort with soft pillows. the hotel is near the bus station and metro.

I had difficulties opening the door sometimes. The lock box needed some adjusting. it gave me trouble each time i tried.

The air conditioning did not work. It was quite annoying. the room smelled a bit damp. it was not a pleasant experience. there was no way to regulate the temperature so i was always too hot. i also found some hairs on the bed sheets. It made me question how clean the room really was.

The noise levels were quite disruptive. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms late into the night. A smell of sewage permeated the bathroom periodically. I assume a plumbing issue caused it. It was not pleasant. some staff knocked insistently on my door early one morning, claiming I was due to check out. They were mistaken about my dates, and I found it rather jarring.
